What this website collects
Nothing through cookies or trackers. The site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising or social-media scripts, and embeds no third-party content. Links to other sites (LinkedIn, BNR, The Green Village, YES!Delft) lead to those sites, which have their own policies.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Strato AG, records the technical details of each request (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) in server logs, as any web server does. We use these only to keep the site secure and working. Strato's retention of those logs is governed by its own privacy policy.
When you e-mail or call us
If you contact us, we keep your name, contact details and the content of the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the preparation of a contract if that is what you ask for. We do not sell or share these details with third parties, except for the e-mail provider that delivers our mail.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. E-mail info@expantec.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If the site ever gains a contact form, analytics or other data processing, this statement will be updated before that goes live. Last updated 5 September 2026.
